The agreement between you and Run My Social when you use the product. Plain words where we can.

Using Run My Social

You need to be 18 or older and have the right to manage the social accounts you connect. You are responsible for what is posted from your accounts, including posts you set to publish without approval.

Your content

You own what you upload and what we make for you. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you.

Platform rules

Posts and Auto DM replies must follow Instagram’s and Facebook’s terms. We may pause posting or Auto DM on an account if it puts the account or our access to Meta’s API at risk.

Plans, credits and billing

Plans renew each month or year until you cancel. Credits refill on your billing date and have no cash value. Prices are shown before you pay.

Launch offer

The first month of any monthly plan is 50% off. The normal price applies from the second month. You can cancel before then.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Limits of liability

We work hard to keep the service running and your posts on time, but we cannot promise any level of reach, followers or sales. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you at least 14 days before the change applies.
